1. Agreement

By using this hotspot, you accept these terms of use. If you disagree, don’t proceed.

2. Eligibility

You must be connected to the hotspot Wi-Fi and have a valid voucher. Access may be denied for abuse, invalid hotspot context, or security reasons.

3. Vouchers

• Each voucher is tied to a device
• Sharing = block
• No reissues unless verified via M-Pesa
• Hotspot vouchers should be purchased only after connecting to our Wi-Fi
• If you open the purchase page while not connected to our Wi-Fi, voucher plans may be hidden

4. Payments and Connection

A successful payment creates or activates a voucher, but internet access still requires your device to be connected to the hotspot and authorized by the router. Public IP address alone cannot connect your device to the hotspot.

5. Bandwidth

Fair use is enforced. Dedicated speeds and prices vary by selected package.

6. Banned Activities

• No hacking, sniffing, or bypass attempts
• No illegal sites, torrents, or abuse

7. Monitoring

We log MAC address, hotspot/local IP, public IP, approximate public-IP location, usage time, router context, payment status, and voucher status. Browsing content is not logged.

8. Liability

We’re not liable for connection issues, data loss, or site content accessed.

9. Availability

No guarantee of uptime. No refunds for downtime.

10. Changes

Terms may change anytime. Latest version always at /terms.
